As an indigenous and queer-owned business, we understand the importance of visibility and representation. We use our skills in photography and videography to empower individuals and communities with creative and engaging content.
Our focus is on the LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities, but we work with anyone looking for powerful and meaningful content. We believe that every person has a unique story worth telling and our job is to make sure it's told with authenticity and creativity.
About the Owner
Alexander Carpenter
They/Them
Residing in the culturally diverse city of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Xander is a dynamic force in the world of media, with five years of on-the-job training under their belt at the age of only 23. Their journey began with a diploma in Broadcast Media Arts from Technical Vocational High School in 2019, which gave them a solid foundation upon which they've built a promising career.
They decided to step into the world of entrepreneurship with the motivation to address the underrepresentation of queer and BIPOC individuals in the media. This mission isn't just a professional calling, it's a deeply personal one.
In their work, Xander has created a safe space where individuals from all walks of life can express themselves without fear of judgment. This safe space isn't just a physical location but a concept that underlines their creative endeavours. It's a commitment to fostering an environment where creativity can flourish, where underrepresented voices are amplified, and where all individuals can see themselves reflected in the stories that are told.
